TiE is a not-for-profit organization focused on entrepreneurship and wealth creation. TiE has two levels of memberships – Members (the aspiring entrepreneurs) and Charter Members. Charter Membership is by invitation only. TiE globally has currently close to 1000 Charter Members. TiE Charter Membership consists of successful individuals from different nations and those who have achieved success in their professions and are now ready to engage in helping others as mentors and advisors. The organization provides an excellent opportunity to network with others. We strongly eschew all religious and political activities in TiE and strive to maintain entrepreneurship as our major focus. Khoie Group today is the amalgamation of several companies that Frank Khoie has built over the last 32 years. It started with a humble beginnings when Frank, back in 1973, at the age of 24, started his first company IPC Engineering involved in design and developments of industrial projects in the golden years of Iran. By 1975 IPC had formed two joint venture partnerships with HDR, an American architectural and design firm and Pipeline Technologies, a major oil pipeline engineering company. It was through these relationships that Khoie set up Sood Industries in Los Angeles California and Sood Investment Inc., to expand the group’s interest into land development business.
