Gulf Stars General Trading Est., formerly known as Gulf Stars Auto Spare Parts Est., under the leadership of Mr. Abdullah M. Ahmed was formed in 1971, to supply spare parts to Land Rover, Range Rover, Range Rover Classic, Discovery I & II, Discovery 3, Defender, Range Rover Generation 2, Range Rover Generation 3, Freelander, Rover, Bedford, Jaguar & Isuzu vehicles.

The main showroom and warehouse facility of Gulf Stars is situated in Green Belt Street which is moreover a Main Head Office, a prime location for all Auto Parts centre to supply Genuine and Quality OEM parts. Under this leadership of Mr. Abdullah M. Ahmed we have diversified ourselves by opening our first branch in the same Green Belt Street for Land Rover parts and success happened to move on to open another two more branches one in Al Ain for Land Rover / Bedford parts & recently in Abu Dhabi all for Land Rover parts. Apart from all these branches we have also opened a branch exclusively for Isuzu, Jaguar and Rover parts in the same Green Belt Street.

Matrix Switchgear Industry LLC, was the brain child of Mr.Raheel Anjum in 1995 in Sharjah.

INTERPLAST Co. Ltd. was established in 1981 to manufacture PVC compounds for the Middle East market. It is managed by HARWAL Ltd. of Cyprus, which is also a major shareholder and is affiliated with other industries in the U.A.E., Europe, and the U.S.A. These international connections have allowed INTERPLAST to gain access to the latest in PVC technology and expertise worldwide. INTERPLAST's technological capability assisted it in rapidly becoming Middle Easts leading manufacturer of PVC compounds marketed under the trade name of IP-HARWAL. With it's highly trained and experienced staff, the company has designed numerous PVC formulations to meet a wide range of customer requirements. Research and development is given great importance by the company and is directed both to the creation of new formulation and to improve of existing ones. This continuous process is aided by INTERPLAST's extensive laboratory facilities. In 1984 INTERPLAST diversified into the extrusion of rigid PVC profiles and conduit pipes for electrical applications.
