Bareface was founded in 1999 by justine kirby and venetia maunsell, both british, when they saw an opportunity in the market to set up an all encompassing professional model agency and overseas stills production house. since its early days working out of the kitchen, the company has grown to occupy spacious offices in Dubai Media city and employ 14 full-time employees and is now divided into four divisions representing production, photographers, models, stylists and locations. as a team bareface has worked with both regional and international clients on a variety of products and has been recognized as the leading agency in this market to represent both quality and professionalism. its philosophy is simple - value your customers and look after your team and the end result is a fun, infectious working environment that delivers on time and meets with client requirements.
