Mazaya Centre opened in the year 2000 and is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai less than 400m after the first junction and just opposite to the most prestigious Square kilometer on the planet, which includes the tallest building in the world "Dubai Tower".
The retail areas consist of Ground floor and Mezzanine floor shopping outlets. Anchor tenants include: 50 retail units like Brands, Pier Import, Spinneys and Homes r Us, etc., 4 restaurants and coffee shops. The upper three floors consist of 132 luxury residential apartments (one, two and three bedrooms), and 48 commercial offices all fully booked.
