Mazaya Centre opened in the year 2000 and is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai less than 400m after the first junction and just opposite to the most prestigious Square kilometer on the planet, which includes the tallest building in the world "Dubai Tower".

The retail areas consist of Ground floor and Mezzanine floor shopping outlets. The upper three floors consist of 132 luxury residential apartments (one, two and three bedrooms), and 48 commercial offices all fully booked. The Gold & Diamond Park officially opened on May 29, 2001, 18 months after construction work began.
Phase One of this Emaar Properties venture features an air-conditioned ground floor retail facility housing 38 retail shops, all of which are leased out. The park also includes a three-storey manufacturing block composed of 118 manufacturing units.

Construction work is now underway on Phase Two and Three which will significantly extend and enhance the facilities.
