The key to its success has been a visionary creativity, an inspirational leadership, a dedicated workforce and a lot of sincere hard work.The President of the company, Mr. Mohd. Taher Abdullah has helmed the company since 1945, and his experience and vision have provided tremendous inspiration over the years. In 1980 Mr. Tawfique Abdullah, Mr. Tawhid Abdullah and Mr. Tamjid Abdullah joined the company, all of whom share the responsibility for the running and the expansion of Damas.

Ravissant was founded in June 1999 by Mehul Kotecha in Los Angeles, USA. Since its inception, Ravissant has specialized in designing and manufacturing wedding, corporate and general invitation cards. Over the years Ravissant has exhibited at bridal show in USA, UK and Canada.
